Choose Arenal, Jávea’s port beaches and coves around Granadella and Portitxol, or L’Ampolla and El Portet in Moraira. Depending on season and conditions, activities include swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and diving.

Walk the coast, visit viewpoints or explore routes around the Montgó. Xàbia’s historic centre, Duanes de la Mar and Moraira Castle add culture and local character.

Dénia, Benissa and Calpe

Dénia is a lively port town with a castle in its historic centre, more than twenty kilometres of coastline and the Montgó as its natural backdrop. Benissa combines a medieval centre with around four kilometres of coast, small coves and an ecological coastal walk.

Calpe is defined by the Peñón de Ifach, Arenal-Bol and La Fossa beaches and its old town. With around thirteen kilometres of coast and fourteen beaches and coves, these three destinations each offer a different day trip from the apartments.

Alicante-Elche Airport is approximately 92 kilometres away and normally takes about one hour by car. Valencia Airport is approximately 123 kilometres away, with a typical driving time of about one hour and 25 minutes.

Are the apartments only available for longer stays?

Yes. Javea Moraira Stays is exclusively for longer stays. Minimum term, availability and conditions are provided by email on request.

Which apartment types are available?

There are two one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Every apartment has a private terrace.

Which amenities are included?

Every apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, television and electric sun awnings. The complex also has a swimming pool and seven private parking spaces.

How close are the international schools?
