Three distinct areas

The historic centre offers narrow streets, the market and local shops. Duanes de la Mar is the port district, with fishing boats, restaurants and a promenade. Playa del Arenal adds a wide sandy beach and everyday facilities.

This combination works particularly well for longer stays: shopping, work, sport and school fit naturally alongside Mediterranean life.

Beaches, coves and outdoor life

Beyond Arenal, Jávea has coves and beaches including Granadella, Portitxol and La Grava. Swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing and hiking are popular, with the Montgó and coastal viewpoints nearby.

Jávea has supermarkets, healthcare, sports facilities, restaurants and an international community. The apartments are approximately 7 minutes by car from Xàbia International College (XIC), depending on traffic, route and campus.

Where are the apartments located?

The apartments are in Benitachell, centrally positioned between Jávea and Moraira on the Costa Blanca, with convenient access to beaches, shops, schools and everyday services.

Are the apartments only available for longer stays?

Yes. Javea Moraira Stays is exclusively for longer stays. Minimum term, availability and conditions are provided by email on request.

Which apartment types are available?

There are two one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Every apartment has a private terrace.

Which amenities are included?

Every apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, television and electric sun awnings. The complex also has a swimming pool and seven private parking spaces.

How close are the international schools?

Lady Elizabeth School is approximately 4 minutes by car and Xàbia International College (XIC) approximately 7 minutes. Travel times are indicative and depend on traffic, route and the selected XIC campus.

What can I do in Jávea?

Jávea combines Arenal’s sandy beach with coves, the Duanes de la Mar port district, a historic old town, water sports and walking routes along the coast and around the Montgó.

What can I do in Moraira?

Moraira offers a marina, its seafront castle, beaches including L’Ampolla and El Portet, restaurants, shops, water sports and coastal walks.

Is parking available?

Yes. The complex has seven private parking spaces for residents.

The apartments are conveniently located between Alicante-Elche Airport and Valencia Airport. Alicante is approximately 92 kilometres and about one hour by car; Valencia approximately 123 kilometres and about one hour and 25 minutes. Times are indicative and depend on traffic, route and season.
