Who is responsible?

Javea Moraira Stays is the controller for this website. For privacy questions, please email info@javeamorairastays.com.

Enquiries

Through the enquiry form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred dates, apartment type, number of residents and any additional message. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare any rental arrangement.

The free FormSubmit service processes the form data in order to forward the enquiry to us by email. According to FormSubmit's documentation, submissions are retained for no more than 30 days. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you have given consent. Analytics may then process visited pages, device type, browser, approximate location and website interactions. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.

The legal basis is your consent. Google Ireland Limited is a recipient/processor. For transfers outside the EEA, Google uses appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Event data is retained for no more than two months and user data for no more than fourteen months.

Your choice and rights

You can refuse or later withdraw consent using the ‘Cookies’ button at the bottom of the screen. After withdrawal, Analytics cookies from this site are removed and further measurement stops.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. You may also complain to the Spanish AEPD or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
